About the Designer

Tiffany Gentile is not only owner and artisan of Unique Treasures, but a career oriented female with an eye for creativity.
Growing
up as an only child in Andover, Massachusetts, her Mom Denise kept her
busy doing craft projects, helping in the kitchen and having play dates
with friends. As she grew older her Dad Anthony helped with math
homework and listened to her recite multiplication tables on the way to
school everyday. Tiffany was very fortunate to have attended private
school from pre-school through college, which attributed to her goal
driven, hardworking personality.
In
2003 while finishing her B.S. in finance, she realized creating beaded
jewelry was a great stress reliever and ideal way to get her mind off of
studying. With this in mind, along with the encouragement of family and
friends, she defined herself as an artisan of jewelry and entrepreneur
launching her own business.
The
following two years, while earning her Master of Science in Finance
Degree part time and working full time in Boston’s Financial District,
she created her first website to share her creations with everyone.
Tiffany continued to expand her business and redesigned her website all
while continuing to work full time and going to school part time for her
second master's degree.
“Ever
since she was a little girl she would set up a store in our house
asking me to buy jewelry from her; it was no surprise when she decided
to start her own jewelry business,” says Denise.
Now
that Tiffany has achieved her second graduate degree, she continues to
work full time in Boston's Financial District, while family and friends
help to promote her business.
Over
the past few years Tiffany has started displaying her creations at
local boutiques and continues to look for new ways to share her work
with the public.
“I
wouldn’t be able to do this without my Mom and Dad’s support,” says
Tiffany, “my Mom is my best friend and I know I can always count on her
to be by my side. Both of my parents have been a huge help in this
endeavor. Not only do they provide support, but they assist with
everything from setting up displays to packing the car the night before a
show. They're amazing!"
